What is Belief Coding® ?

Belief Coding® combines several science backed modalities and holistic techniques. It is a gentle and effective method of tapping into your sub-conscious to understand where certain thoughts, feelings and beliefs come from.

Belief Coding® can change your self-limiting beliefs and replace them with new ones that better align with your goals and aspirations.

This process can support with overcoming ANY limiting beliefs and negative emotions. The method goes to the root cause of the discomfort, clears the limiting beliefs and codes in new and empowering beliefs that set you up for a successful and thriving life.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, Root Cause Belief Coding® recognises the interconnectedness of the mind & body. In this session we seek to identify and address the root cause of any emotional or physical issue you may be experiencing. We then gently work with your subconscious to heal and clear any limiting beliefs and emotions around the trauma / painful negative experience. This enables us to create a new set of beliefs to enable you to move forward. 

In this session we will -

  • Discuss the area of challenge

  • Identify the root cause of the ongoing issue you are currently experiencing

  • Identify associated beliefs that were created in order to keep you 'safe'

  • Understand how these beliefs are best serving you and how they may be limiting you going forward

  • Work with your subconscious beliefs to create a new belief system that allows you to clear a discomfort

  • Tap into the root cause of your discomfort

  • Clear the emotions and limiting beliefs around the experience to create a more positive reality

  • Code in new beliefs to allow you to live a more fulfilled and present life

How long will the session last?

The session lasts approximately 2-2.5 hours.

The majority of sessions are conducted online. Face to face appointments are available on request.

Beliefs are stored in the sub conscious and create our reality. Limiting beliefs come from various sources and instances in our lives, some we might not even be aware of, especially if there is trauma involved. They can be absorbed and passed down through generations or placed on you by experiences, relationships, culture, society and friends. Whilst many beliefs are wonderful, limiting beliefs can cause much dysregulation later in life.

Trauma isn’t always a big life-changing event, but our subconscious is programmed to absorb our life events and create protective beliefs around them in order to keep us 'safe'. Whilst these beliefs are often created with good intention, they can place limitations on the way we live our lives.
