Hi I'm Helen, I'm so pleased you're here, you are very welcome.
Based in Hampshire, UK, I'm a Mum of 3 gorgeous children, juggling work, health, rest and play. Following a 30 year battle with M.E/CFS, crippling anxiety and panic disorder I have certainly had my fair share of ups and downs. Having exhausted all conventional avenues, I decided to take my health into my own hands and follow a more holistic approach to aid full recovery.
I believe people, opportunities and understandings appear in the right place at the right time. I was introduced to Belief Coding® and Mind Navigation® at a time when I felt I had tried everything and was resigned to a life with limitations. I was instantly drawn to the science and theory behind the modality; it made sense to me on both a cognitive and cellular level. So much of my energy was tied up in trauma. Through Belief Coding® & Mind Navigation® I have been able to heal the trauma loop which has in turn enabled my nervous system to reset and regulate once more. Fast forward 3 years and I am no longer the shell of myself I once was. Today I am free from fatigue and panic and live my life with love, confidence, vitality and gratitude.
